When you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can expend a Maneuver Die to strike at a vulnerable point to force it to make a Constitution saving throw.
On a failure, add your Maneuver Die to the damage roll, the creature falls prone, and it can’t take reactions until the start of your next turn.
