Only a select few Grung are blessed with a viscoelastic tongue. You gain the following abilities.

When you grapple a creature you can instead wrap your tongue around it, freeing up your hands to perform other tasks

You can, as an action on your turn, launch your tongue out at a creature within 15 feet of you. The creature must make a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check contested by your Strength (Athletics) check or be pulled 10 feet towards you and be grappled by you.
