Starting at 3rd level, you can bolster your companions’ resolve.

At 7th level, you gain proficiency in the Persuasion skill. Your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make that uses Persuasion.

At 10th level, when you use your Action Surge, you can choose one creature within 60 feet that can see or hear you. That creature can make one weapon attack as a reaction.
Bulwark
At 15th level, you can extend your Indomitable feature to an ally.
