As an action, the wielder can expend one Charge to fire two dimensional motes at two unoccupied flat surfaces within 60 feet, creating a 5‑by‑5‑foot portal connecting them. The portal lasts 1 minute, closing early if five creatures pass through it or if this infusion creates another portal.
This item has Charges equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum 1), regaining all expended Charges at dawn.
