Size. Unnaki stand between 7 ½ and 8 ½ feet tall and average around 300 pounds. Your size is Medium.
Speed. You have a walking speed of 30 feet.
Desert Acclimation. You are naturally acclimated to high temperatures, granting you an automatic success on saving throws related to extreme heat.
Powerful Build. You count as one size larger when determining your carrying capacity and the weight you can push, drag, or lift.
Sheer Will. Unnaki possess innate psychic fortitude, granting you advantage on saving throws you make to avoid or end the charmed and frightened conditions on yourself. You have resistance to psychic damage.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Unnakian and another language of your choice.
Unnaki Psionics. Unnaki naturally harbor potent psionic powers within themselves. This power is represented by a Psionic Talent die, the starting size of which is d6.

Inanimancy. For Unnaki, Mind over Matter is taken quite literally. As a bonus action, you may choose an inanimate object within a number of feet of yourself equal to the second power of your Psionic Talent die and with weight not exceeding the third power of your Psionic Talent die. You may then move that object a number of feet equal to a roll of your psionic power die in any direction.
Thought Seed. Mind over Mind is sometimes more effective a tool. As an action, you may speak a one-word command to a creature you see within a number of feet equal to twice your Psionic Talent die. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw with DC equal to twice the maximum value of your Psionic Talent die, or follow the command on its next turn. Thought Seed has no effect if the command is directly harmful to the creature. When Thought Seed is successful, reduce the size of your Psionic Talent die.
Mind Bridge. As an action, you may establish a telepathic link between yourself and another creature. Choose any creature within a number of feet equal to the second power of your Psionic Talent die, then roll your Psionic Talent die. For a number of minutes equal to the rolled value, you and that creature may speak with eachother telepathically. You don’t need to share a language with the creature, but the creature must be able to understand at least one language. If the creature has awareness of you, it understands implicitly that you are linked telepathically. You may maintain a number of Mind Bridges at one time equal to the size of your Psionic Talent die, and all creatures linked to you are also linked to eachother within a mutual Mind Bridge space.
Illusiory Form. As an action, you may apply project and illusiory form to disguise your true self. Roll your Psionic Talent die. For a number of minutes equal to the value rolled, you may make yourself - including your clothing, armor, weapons, and other belongings on your person - look different for the duration of the rolled value or until you use and action to dismis the effect. You can seem up to 3 feet taller or shorter and can alter your body composition, but you cannot change your body type and must adopt a form that has the same basic arrangement of limbs. The Illusiory Form will fail to hold up to physical inspection, and to discern that your form is an illusion a creature can use its action to inspect your appearance and must success on an Intelligence (Investigation) check of DC equal to twice your Psionic Talent die size.
